GymCity kicked off the inter-club season on Saturday with their Funfest event at Papatoetoe.
Howick were there in strength and although this was not a true competition event the gymnasts were still able to take home certificates and ribbons along with their goodie bags. There were no results as such so Howick for once is not able to point with pride to a long list of top placings, but the standard displayed was very high and gives promise for good results at later events.
